TRAINING
Our training sessions are structured to maximize player development through clear explanations, repetition, and game-realistic scenarios.
We teach a growth mentality: player progress is our highest goal, above and beyond winning. Our coaches teach not only ball mastery, but also goal setting and meeting, decision-making, teamwork, and creativity.
Competition
We compete to learn. We don’t put our teams in easy brackets so they’ll win every game. Instead, we seek out league play and tournaments that push players outside their comfort zone to accelerate growth.
Playing in the CJSL, our teams are exposed to NYC clubs with a wide range of playing styles.
Beyond that, they earn the chance to travel to soccer-mecca nations like France and Argentina, learn from local teams, and match up against them. All this builds adaptability, performance, and sociability.
Preparation for Life
At CFC, we believe soccer is a vehicle for life lessons. We teach focus, collaboration, and discipline to prepare each athlete not only for success in soccer, but for future opportunities in school, a career, and life.
