The Parent Center gives Centaurus FC families quick access to important information, expectations, and updates. This page is designed to make the season easier to follow, from forms and communication to photo days and club policies.
Code of Conduct
Our club culture depends on respect, encouragement, and teamwork. Parents play an important role in creating a positive environment for players, coaches, referees, and other families.
Parent expectations:
- Support players with positive encouragement
- Respect coaches, referees, and opponents
- Let players learn through both success and mistakes
- Communicate concerns respectfully and at the right time
- Help create a strong team-first culture
Forms
Access required parent and player forms in one place. These may include registration forms, medical information, waivers, emergency contacts, and other club documents.
Photo Days
Team and player photo days will be announced during the season. Families will receive details on date, location, uniform requirements, arrival time, and ordering information.
Photo day reminders:
- Arrive on time
- Wear the assigned kit
- Bring any required order forms or links
- Check email for final instructions
